Recent releases

  1. Mailchimp export

Export a campaign's supporter list to a Mailchimp audience with one click — segments already on the dashboard (donors, buyers, attendees) become a matching Mailchimp tag.

  2. iCal feed for campaign events

Every campaign now exposes an .ics feed of its key dates (launch, in-person event, deadline). Subscribers see the dates in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook without manual entry.

  3. Embeddable campaign widget

Drop a single <iframe> into your school's existing site to surface a live campaign without a full redirect. The widget picks up your theme colors and updates in real time as gifts come in.

  4. QuickBooks Online sync

Connect QuickBooks Online in org settings to push each payout as a journal entry tagged to the correct class. Refunds, fees, and Stripe processing costs are broken out so your books reconcile cleanly.

  5. OneRoster CSV import

District admins can import a OneRoster CSV and create a class roster in one step. Emails are optional, the import is idempotent (re-running does not duplicate students), and a per-row error report flags anything that needs human follow-up.

  6. Roster & ecosystem foundations

Students are first-class records in the dashboard: a roster is a list of students a campaign can draw on, with rosters reusable across campaigns. The same model underpins the OneRoster import and the embeddable widget that follow.

  7. Reporting, exports, and donor data rights

Org admins can export every donation, sale, and order as CSV from the dashboard. Supporter data-rights requests (access, correction, deletion) are honored in 45 days, per the Privacy Policy, and a request can be opened from the supporter's transaction record.

  8. Long-running campaign modes

Campaigns can now run for weeks or a full semester. Pre-sale windows, scheduled coupon activations, and recurring pickup-day events are all supported; the dashboard shows the current state and what's coming next at a glance.

  9. Launch-fee pricing and FIRSTFREE coupon

One flat fee per campaign — the greater of $10 or $2 per active student on the roster, or $15 flat for event-mode campaigns. New organizations can redeem FIRSTFREE on their first campaign for a no-charge launch. No percentage of donations or sales is taken at any tier.

  10. Fundly v1

Initial public release: donation drives, online stores, Stripe Connect payouts, adult-led organization accounts, and a public campaign page that works without a supporter login. The architecture that the rest of the changelog builds on.
