These terms will explain the agreement between Fundly and the people and organizations that use it. The summary below describes what the published version will cover.
Who can use Fundly
Fundly is for K-12 schools, PTAs, and booster clubs and the people who help run their fundraisers. Everyone who uses Fundly must be at least 13 years old.
Running a campaign
An advisor or club leader creates a campaign. A school administrator reviews and approves it, then launches it. Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of what they post and for delivering anything they promise.
Payments and money
Fundly charges one flat fee to launch each campaign and takes no percentage of funds. Fundly never holds donor or buyer money — payments go directly to the organization through Stripe.
Acceptable use and ending an account
Campaigns must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Fundly may suspend an organization or remove a campaign that breaks these terms.
