The launch fee
Fundly charges a single flat fee to launch each campaign. The exact amount is shown to the organization admin before they launch. Fundly takes no percentage of donations or sales.
Is the launch fee refundable?
The launch fee is non-refundable. It pays for the service of taking a campaign live, which is performed as soon as the campaign launches.
Refunds on donations and orders
Because money goes directly to the organization, refunds on a donation or an order are issued by that organization through its own Stripe account. Fundly is not in that money flow.
Card processing fees
Stripe charges its standard card-processing fee on each payment. That fee is paid out of the organization's funds. Fundly adds nothing on top.
